My teeth hurts

This is the most nasty pain that I have had so far. I had an abnormally erupted wisdom tooth which needed extraction via a small surgery because it was putting unwanted pressure on the teeth next to it and due to awkward positioning accumulating food particles and eventually resulted in damaging the teeth. The procedure itself was nightmare for me given the fact I was afraid of needles, incisions, bleeding, but ended up having the procedure done. Once anesthetic effect worn off, it was such a horrible time, I had rethought about undergoing same procedure on the opposite side. However, it was must that I do root canal therapy for the teeth already damaged. I kept on postponing it until one fine day while having a cold juice, I started experiencing a shooting sharp pain. Unable to tolerate it I kept the juice down and started to examine the teeth which I thought was aching, did not find anything and the pain went away as it came. It was a warning alas I didnt count it. Next day it started aching again and was so extreme pain I visited my dentist. He pointed out to me the tooth I thought was aching was not the culprit but the one which was supposed to be undergoing root canal. While laying there in dentist chair I remembered a poem which we had to study in school by Ogden Nash, which was bout the agony of visiting the dentist. I thought how I laughed at that time reading poem thinking I never would have such a time in my life. Anyways this time I plan to get it fixed with no postponing but I need to wait 3 good days. These days each minute reminds me my carelessness has cost me this pain now. My dear poet, I truly understand the poem right now.

And this, O Fate, is I think the most vicious circle that thou ever sentest,
That Man has to go continually to the dentist to keep his teeth in good condition
when the chief reason he wants his teeth in good condition
is so that he won’t have to go to the dentist.
